Sensuous Scents currently uses USPS to deliver our packages. Your order will ship out within 2-4 business days following your email confirmation. Shipping costs are determined by which state the package is being delivered to your shipping address as well as the candle size and weight.
At Sensuous Scents, we take great pride in crafting high-quality candles and home fragrances. Your satisfaction is very important to us! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery

To be eligible, items must be unused, unburned, and n the original packaging.

Because candles are personal fragrance items, we cannot accept returns on candles that
have been burned.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email my_sensuousscents@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the damage.
