Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Full payment is required before orders are processed and shipped.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days unless otherwise stated.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Sensuous Scents, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
At Sensuous Scents, LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur and are not considered defects.
We accept returns or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery.
To request a return or replacement, please contact us at my_support@mysensuousscents.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
For sanitary and safety reasons, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
If your return request is approved, you will receive store credit after the item has been received and inspected.
Sensuous Scents, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Candle Safety
Customers are responsible for following all candle care and safety instructions provided with each product.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, flammable materials, drafts, and hot surfaces.
Sensuous Scents, LLC is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from misuse or failure to follow candle safety guidelines.
